Polish inventor and entrepreneur Rafał Brzoska is the Founder and CEO of Integer Capital Group, Europe’s leading e-commerce delivery platform. He’s also a business angel and the cofounder of two VC firms.

As the founder of InPost, Integer’s flagship company, Rafał has revolutionized parcel delivery. InPost has the most significant and most convenient automatic parcel pick-up and delivery network in Europe, with more than 88,000 Parcel Locker and PUDO points in nine countries. InPost also provides courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce sellers in Poland. In 2024 alone, the company handled more than one billion parcels.

Rafał considers charity a fundamental pillar of 21st-century business. InPost has provided hundreds of trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Ukraine, and Rafał also organized the Convoy of Polish Hearts to Kharkiv, the largest privately funded humanitarian transport initiative. In another initiative, the Rafał Brzoska Foundation Scholarship Fund allows talented young people to study at the world’s leading universities.
