Jesse Sevcik is Vice President for Global Corporate Affairs at Elanco Animal Health, where he leads the company’s public affairs and policy work worldwide. In his role, he has testified or presented before governments on trade, antimicrobial resistance, sustainability, food safety, biosecurity, life-sciences innovation, and access to veterinary medicines.

He serves on the boards of the International Feed Industry Federation and the Food and Agriculture Export Alliance and holds positions with the Executive Committee of the U.S. Meat Export Federation and the HealthforAnimals Leadership Team.

Before joining Elanco, Sevcik worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, with farmer cooperatives, and across several food and agriculture organizations.

Sevcik holds a degree in Political Science and Public Policy from St. Norbert College, an MBA, and has pursued post-graduate work at INSEAD and Johns Hopkins University.
