Adam Malinowski is an experienced business leader, CEO of the think tank The Company, and a Board Member responsible for Sales at Corporate Connections. He collaborates with leading Polish entrepreneurs, supporting their development and the building of strategic relationships. He is also the coordinator of the initiative „SprawdzaMY- Deregulation for Poland,” actively working to improve the regulatory environment for business. Previously, he held key managerial roles in the financial sector, including at Signal Iduna, Generali, PZU, and GE, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, and the execution of strategic projects. He also served as a member and chairman of the Distribution Committee of the Polish Chamber of Insurance. He graduated from the University of Warsaw and completed an MBA at the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG) in Sofia.
