The Inaugural USA- EU Transatlantic Business Summit

Honoring 250 Years of American Independence
18 February, 2026. Egmont Palace, Brussels.
USA - EU Transatlantic Business Summit: A New Chapter in Transatlantic Relations
The inaugural U.S.A.- EU Transatlantic Business Summit convenes decision-makers from government and industry, as well as civil society leaders to reaffirm and revitalize the enduring partnership between the United States and the European Union.
Gathered policy makers will engage with business representatives at a crucial time when the political economy of the Western world is undergoing a marked return towards more active government involvement in the international economy and trade. That is why the recently signed US-EU Joint Statement on a Framework on an Agreement on Reciprocal, Fair, and Balanced Trade (Framework Agreement) flags critical areas where better and closer cooperation is needed to reposition the relationship in a new geo-economic transatlantic dynamic. The summit then aims to assist US and EU business to address shared new challenges that require maintaining our strategic links, and pursuing a common path toward prosperity, security, and innovation.
Key themes of the conference thus will focus on critical sectors such as Defense and Security, Trade and Geopolitical Shifts, Market Regulation and Economic Competitiveness, Digital Transformation and AI Governance, Health and Food, Industrial Strength and Critical Raw Materials, as well as Energy Independence.
We will honor 250 Years of American Founding. As we commemorate 250 years of America’s founding, we reaffirm the shared values that underpin our economies and societies- freedom, opportunity, and the rule of law. In the same spirit that guided the Treaty of Rome toward unity and prosperity, we convene to deepen transatlantic partnerships. Through strategic dialogue and collaboration, participants will help shape a secure, innovative, and prosperous transatlantic future.
Championing Women’s Leadership Across the Atlantic: The summit will also acknowledge and honor the critical contributions of women in business, emphasizing their role in driving innovation and shaping a forward-looking transatlantic business culture.
We invite you to join us in reinforcing a dynamic partnership- grounded in mutual respect, innovation, strong supply chains, and a focus on critical industries and business growth.

“In a world moving faster each day, we need spaces where ideas collide and people connect beyond the screen. This conference isn’t just about talks or name tags — it’s about building something lasting. It’s where questions matter more than answers, and inspiration grows in the pauses between sessions. Its value isn’t measured in attendance, but in the quiet shifts that happen after: a changed mindset, a new collaboration, a challenge to the status quo. Because sometimes, the most powerful outcomes begin not with certainty, but with a shared moment of reflection. And that’s exactly what this is.”
